Patriots Division Closes Series A

Q1 has been big for SHADOW WAR.

We have excitingly sold out our Series A round in record time, raising $5M and securing the future for the IP, with support from some of the largest funds in the space. However, the excitement doesn’t stop there. If you follow our socials, you will know that we have been busy building and recently completed our first playtest, with players from across the globe. This was the first playest of many planned and it excitingly saw a 10x over internal numbers, plus real-time feedback on key aspects of the game and gameplay. With funding secured, the team is scaling up, aiming to launch a public version of the game later this year. Delivery is now front and center, as we build out the game and brand. We are also getting close to launching Shadownet 2.0. If you have been with us a while, you will know that the original Shadownet was an engagement platform we developed, which saw huge levels of support. Over 200,000 sign-ups and millions of tasks completed - Version 2 will be bigger and better, using direct feedback from pilot users, ensuring it will be a community-led solution, with major reward potential for participants. Closing our Series A not only provided a solid runway for the game's future , but highlights the appetite and support for SHADOW WAR. All funds bought into our Series A have also pledged to provide additional networking and social support, meaning that we not only unlock financial resource but, importantly, get access to their wider networks to take the project to the next level.
